Eva (Eve) M. Jones

Eve M. Jones, age 92, of Highland, passed away on Monday November 14, 2011.

Loving mother to William L. (Joye) Jones, Virginia M. (Colman) LaPosa, and Robert D. (Cheryl) Jones. Adored grandmother to Tobin (Adrienne) Jones, Kevin (Amy) Jones, Lori (Corey) Konopasek, Eric Jones, and Lindsay Jones. Great Grandmother to Christopher, Katelynn, Lilly, and Bennett Jones, and baby Konopasek due in January 2012 , and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her loving sister Ann Reffkin. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband William L. Jones Sr. in August of 2011, parents Joseph and Eva, and by her brothers Andrew, Joseph, and John Spoljaric.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday November 18, 2011 at 10:00am at St. James the Less Catholic Church in Highland with Fr, Keith Virus celebrating. Cremation preceded the services.

Eve and her late husband Bill enjoyed a full life that included family gatherings, dancing, traveling, and bowling and were active members of St. James the Less Catholic Church.

Memorials may be given to the Hospice of the Calumet Area William J. Riley Memorial Residence.
