Eva Starcevich age 90 of Highland passed away on Saturday, March 14 ^th , 2015.

She is survived by her children: Joseph Starcevich, Stephen (Kathy) Starcevich, John (Theresa) Starcevich and Marlene Starcevich.

Also by her grandchildren: Amanda (Nate) Trueblood, Jennifer (Tyler) Kennedy, Kimberly Starcevich, Kelly Starcevich, Stephen (Heather) Starcevich, Matthew Starcevich, Joseph (Fiancée Jennifer Francis) Starcevich and Jessica (fiancé Nick Ryan) Starcevich.

2 great-grandchildren: Silas and Thaddeus Kennedy, sister Marie (late Pat) Flynn and brother Carl (Margie) Traicoff.

She was preceded in death by her father George, mothers Vesela and Goldie, husband Joseph, sister Sophie Baxter and brother Ted Traicoff.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 18 ^th at 10:00am at St. Mary Catholic Church located at 525 N. Broad Street Griffith. With Rev. Theodore Mens and Rev. Joseph Vamos celebrating. Burial will follow at Calumet Park Cemetery in Merrillville.

Friends my meet with the family on Tuesday, March 17 ^th from 4:00pm-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue Griffith, Indiana. A prayer service will be held Tuesday afternoon at 4:00pm.

Eva was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Griffith.

She was a compassionate Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family and sharing her faith. She had a caring heart for the disadvantage. She also loved her daughter's grandcats Mocha and Latte.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Brothers Keeper or St. Josephs Soup Kitchen.
