Eusebio N. Perez age 74 of Frankfort, Illinois passed away on October 15, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Victoria; children Monica (William Kuhlman) Perez and Lupe (Jason) Repko; grandchildren Kaitlyn, Bobby, Joseph, Christiana, Victoria, Augustine, and Emiliano; siblings Marta (Oscar) Garcia, Frank (Josephine) Perez, Amelia (Jesus) Lozano, Jenny (Ray) Martinez, and Ernesto Perez. Eusebio was preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Francisca Perez; son Eusebio "Chico" Jr.; and brothers Jose, Porfilio, Eduardo, and Fernando.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday November 18, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave (Glen Park) in Griffith, Indiana with Pastor Bob Parnell officiating. Burial will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois. Friends may meet with the family on Thursday November 18, 2021, 3-7 p.m. at White Funeral Home.

Eusebio was an Army Veteran Paratrooper 82nd Airborne Division and was retired from LTV Steel after 28 years. He enjoyed boxing and spending time with his grandchildren.
