Dolores A. Gilmartin age 80 of Griffith passed away on Sunday Feb. 26, 2012.

She is survived by her children: William (Janet) Gilmartin,

Laurie (Dale) Corman,

Dennis Gilmartin,

Robert Gilmartin,

Grandchildren: Dawn (Aaron) Mercer,

Sheila (Tim) Huffman, Marcia (Pete) Gouvion, Shelly (Morgen) Benner, James (Jenny) Gilmartin III, Matthew Gilmartin, Lisa (Brady) Moss, Amy (Roger) Gonzalez, Christopher (Jennifer) Norris, Chad Gilmartin, Kelly Gilmartin, William Gilmartin, Sara Corman, and Brian Corman.

11 great grandchildren. Also survived by her sister: Barb Stryjewski; brother Jack Baumhardt

daughter-in-law: Victoria Gilmartin

son-in-law: Ray Norris

She was preceded in death by her husband James Sr., son: James Jr., and daughter: Lynn Norris.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday March 1, 2012 at 10:00am at St. Mary Catholic Church, located at 525 S. Broad Street , in Griffith, with Fr. Theodore Mens celebrating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City, IL.

Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 2:00 pm until 9:00pm at White Funeral Home Located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue, in Griffith.

Dolores was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Griffith and VFW Ladies Auxiliary 8141 in Calumet City, IL.

She was an avid bingo player at post 66 in Griffith and Dolores loved spending time with her family.
