Diane R. Ziolkowski age 65 of Burnham, IL passed away on Tuesday June 21, 2016.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years Daniel

Children: Daniel (Jennifer) Ziolkowski, John (Kristie) Ziolkowski, Amanda Ziolkowski and grandchildren: Daniel Jr., Hailey and Gianna.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents John and Veronica Nemeth.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 25 at 7:00 pm at White Funeral Home, located at 921 W. 45th Avenue in Griffith with Father Theodore Mens officiating.

Cremation will follow.

Friends may meet with the family on Saturday, June 25 from 2-7:00 pm at White Funeral Home.

Diane retired from Wrigley Gum Company and loved making crafts and floral arrangements.

In lieu of flowers memorial to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
