Denise G. Kerr

Denise G. Kerr, age 73, of Hammond, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2026.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Vincent Kerr; brother, Howard (Patricia) Snyder; nieces, Toni (Dave) Cline, Karen (Brian) Hargrove and their children, Sophia and Henry, Amy (Art) Wright and their children, Abby and Adam, Rachael Whitworth, and Lisa (Cory) Dehnhart and their children, Aliyah and Audrey; nephews, Tyler Cline, Mason (Grace) Cline, Griffin Cline, Hudson Cline, Sam (Gina) Kerr and their daughter, Adeline, Steven Kerr; and brothers- and sisters-in-law, Diane Kerr, Mary (Jim) Thomas, Patrick Kerr, Jeanette Whitworth, and Lester (Joann) Kerr. Denise is also survived by her cherished best friends, Janet Wimmer, Jean Soofi, and Linda Singley.

Denise was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Beverly Snyder.

Denise graduated from Morton High School in 1972, where she played in the band. She formerly worked as a cashier for National Tea in Hessville. Denise enjoyed gardening, flowers, crafting, reading, working on puzzles, and traveling, especially to the Smoky Mountains.
