David W. Pyle age 56 of Hammond passed away on Sunday January 26th, 2020.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years; Leticia, children; David W. (Victoria) Pyle Jr. and Daniel G. Pyle, grandchildren; Armando "Lil Man", Mya, Tatiana, and Lola, sister; Glenna (John) Johnson, brother; Joseph Pyle, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents Glenn and Dolly Pyle.

Funeral services will be held on Friday January 31, 2020 at 6:15 PM at the Old Fashion Missionary Baptist Church located at 3000 Calhoun St., Gary with Pastor Ray Tucker officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Friends may meet with the family on Friday January 31, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Old Fashion Missionary Baptist Church in Gary.

David was a retired Iron Worker and a member of the Black Oak Eagles Club. David enjoyed fishing and having drinks with his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
