David W. Moore age 29 of Griffith passed away on Thursday April 22, 2021.

He is survived by his mother Donna Moore, brother Joe (Elizabeth) Moore, sister Sara (Dewey) Tucker, nieces Isabella, Sadie, nephews Michael, Jack, and grandfathers Ronald Schmidt and Ronald Albin.

David was preceded in death by his father Lonnie Moore, grandmothers Helen Albin, Joan Butkus, and by his uncle Gary Schmidt.

Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday April 27, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at WHITE FUNERAL HOME located at 921 W. 45th Ave. Griffith.

David attended Griffith Public Schools, played Soccer for many years, and enjoyed Basketball.
