Cory J. Phelps age 23 of Griffith, passed away on Monday June 16, 2014.

He is survived by his parents: Greg and Sharon Phelps Sr.; brother: Greg (Tifany) Phelps Jr.; niece: Calie; nephew: Colin; great grandmother: Wilma Daughtery and by many loving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Funeral services will be Private.

Cory loved his parents and family. He enjoyed watching fireworks.
