Cindy Von Olson (nee McCammon), age 62 of Calumet Township, passed away on Sunday March 24, 2013.

She is survived by her sons: Ricardo Thomas Olson, Aaron Cornelius Olson; grandchildren: Jovanni Devonte Martinez, Angelica Akers, Avion Wilson, Satine Olson; mother: Micki McCammon; sisters: Melanie Goodman, Michele Pearson, Cheri DeFur, Gaye Rodriguez, and by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas McCammon; sister, Cathy McCammon

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 7:00pm at White Funeral Home with Minister Bob Critendon Officiating. Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday, March 27th from 4:00pm until time of services at White Funeral Home located at 921 West 45 ^th Ave. in Griffith, IN.

Cindy was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Highland. She retired from US Postal Service after 29 years.

Cindy enjoyed cooking, knitting, and spending time with her grandchildren. Her son said "She was a very tough woman!"
