Charles "Chuck" Holsclaw Jr., age 57 of Griffith passed away on Sunday March 31, 2019.

He is survived by his Father; Charles Holsclaw Sr.; Siblings Andria Holsclaw, David (Penny) Holsclaw, Don Holsclaw, Tony (Niwynin) Holsclaw, and Paul (Jennifer) Holsclaw. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceded in death by his Mother; Geraldine Holsclaw.

Per Chuck's wishes, all services will be private.

Chuck graduated from Griffith High School, Class of 1980.
