Charles E. Brummett age 91 of Schererville passed away on Friday March 28, 2014

He is survived by his children: Frank (Susan) Brummett of Schererville

Ron Brummett of Phoenix, AZ,    and Sheila Jordan of Schererville

Grandchildren: Jonas, Amber, India, Paige, Laurel, Walker, and Adam.

Great Grandchildren: Kyle, Nikki, Christopher, Wyatt, Isaiah, Eli, Mya, Joel, Jordan, and Jamison.

Preceded in death by his parents Sam and Stella Brummett, brothers Elmer and Bill, and by his sisters Elsie, Frances, Mildred, Pauline, Aggie, and Maggie.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 1 ^st . at 2:00pm at First Christian Church located at 202 W. Pine in Griffith with Pastor Shawn Cornett officiating.

A private burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville.

Friends may meet with the family on Monday, March 31, 2014 from 4:00-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue in Griffith.

Charles was a long time member of Whiting Baptist Church and current member at First Christian Church in Griffith.

He was retired from American Maize in Whiting and he was a WWII Army Veteran, and a Purple Heart recipient.
