Catherine D. Gourley  age 92 of Highland passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016.

She is survived by her children: Deleta (Carl) Siurek and Jim (Diane) Williams

Grandchildren: Cathy (John) Bodnar, Mike (Barb) Laviolette, Nick (Jennifer) Laviolette, Jim (Cindi) Laviolette, Michele (Mike) Locke, Brian (Christine) Siurek, Brandon (Jennifer) Siurek and Jessica Stachelski.

15 Great grandchildren, 3 great,great grandchildren and one on the way.

Catherine was preceded in death by her parents John and Katherine Kachmarik; husband Winford P.; daughter Judy Krause; granddaughter Jackie Williams; siblings Frank, Helen, Emil, Johnny; and first husband Byron L. Williams.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 16, 2016 at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue in Griffith.

Burial will follow at Calumet Park Cemetery in Merrillville

Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday June 15 from 5-8:00 pm at White Funeral Home.

Catherine was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post 66 of Griffith.  She also loved cooking, baking and gardening.
