Carolyn M. Clark age 85 of Hammond passed away on Sunday June 19, 2016.

She is survived by her children: Elaine (Gilbert) Patmore of Schererville, Alan (late Judy) Clark of Griffith, T. Scott (Susan) Clark of Houston, TX, Roger Clark of Hammond, Paul (Amy) Clark of Saline, MI. and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents Curtis and Edna Gifford, husband Larry, twin brother Curtis and sister Jean Clabby.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 23 at 11:00  am at Griffith Lutheran Church located at 1000 N. Broad Street, Griffith with Pastor Freda Scales officiating.

Entombment will follow at Calumet Park Cemetery in Merrillville.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday June 23 from 10-11:00 am directly at Griffith Lutheran Church.

Carolyn was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Hammond and  she was retired from Avon as a sales representative for over 20 years.
