Brian J. Kronland, age 59, of Griffith, IN formerly of East Chicago, IN passed away on Monday, March 2, 2015 at his home. Brian is survived by his wife of 35 years, Lou Ann (nee Dyer); sons Christopher of Hammond, IN and Michael of Rickman, TN; brothers John (Deanna) Kronland of Chesterton, IN, Wallace (Rene) Kronland of Grass Valley, CA, Norbert (Mary Ann) Kronland of Denton, TX; sister-in-law, Esther Marie Dyer of Roselawn, IN; nieces and nephews; Jennifer (Denny) Bennett, Tom (Tara) Kronland, Bill (Emily) Kronland, Alyssa & Garrett Kronland, Bradley (Sarah) Kronland, Kimberly (Glen) Mims, Kristen Kronland, Stephanie Olenik, Steve and Michael Trinks, Jason (Becky) Dyer, Jeffrey (Melissa) Dyer, Justin (Lindsey) Dyer and many cousins, great nieces and  nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, John and Helen (nee Bazan) Kronland; sister Sally (nee Kronland) Trinks; parents-in-law W.C. and Susie (nee Robbins) Dyer; brother-in-law, Jimmie Dyer and his dachshund, SnakeBite.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 9 ^th at 10:00am at White Funeral Home with Dr. Ron York officiating. Burial to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville.

Friends may meet with the family on Sunday, March 8 ^th from 1:00pm-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue Griffith.

Brian was a former employee of E.I. Dupont, Nutrasweet Company and Jay's Potato Chips. He was currently employed at Pepisco in Munster, IN.

Brian was involved with The Griffith Little League and The Griffith Youth Soccer. He enjoyed cruising in his '77 Bird and proud to have attended the Munster Car Show for 14 years. Brian also enjoyed walking his dog Kola.
