Beverly J. Walkowiak age 75 of Highland passed away on Saturday November 24th, 2018

She is survived by her children Joseph (Mandie) Walkowiak and Kelly (Daniel) Heinz; grandsons Cory Heinz and Joshua Walkowiak; brothers James (Sandy) Biggs and Alan (Mary) Biggs, and by her several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Douglas and Nora Biggs.

Friends may meet at White Funeral Home on Friday November 30th at 9:30am for a procession to Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery Chapel for a Committal Service with Pastor Shawn Cornett officiating. Inurnment will follow.  Friends may meet with the family on Thursday November 29th from 4:00pm-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue Griffith.

Beverly was retired from Bakker Produce in Griffith, and enjoyed spending time with "her ladies" in her Pinochle and Bunco clubs. She loved spending time with her grandkids and visiting her brother daily. She also enjoyed going for her daily walk at Wicker Park in Highland.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to Meals On Wheels, 8446 Virginia Street, Merrillville, IN 46410.
