BETTY L. GAISSER GRIFFITH, IN Betty L. Gaisser, age 82, of Griffith, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Gerhard Gaisser of Munster; children: Linda (Richard) Bartochowski of Schererville, Karl Gaisser of Schererville, and Diane (Steven) Gustafson of Hammond; grandchildren: Desirae Bartochowski and Karl Gaisser; sister, Edith Hensley; brothers: LeRoy (Corrine) Lord and Sam (Dottie) Lord. She is also survived by her beloved cats: Merlin and Arthur. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Ridge United Methodist Church, 8607 Columbia Ave., Munster, IN with Rev. Nathan Whybrew officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville. Friends may meet with the family on Monday, January 24, 2011 from 2:00- 4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the White Funeral Home , 921 W. 45th Ave., Griffith, IN.
