Bernice I. "Bonnie" Jurevis age 91 of Griffith passed away on Thursday, September 29th,2016. She is survived by her children; Diane (David) Kirby, Ann (Joe) Obranovich,Terry (Ralph) Phelps, grandchildren; Tera, Jimmy, Victor, Casey, David,Tony, Chris, Adrienne, Karrie and Hayley, several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Grover and Pearlie Butler,children Victor and Cathy and her husband Victor Sr. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 3 at 10:00 am at White Funeral Home  with Fr. Keith Virus officiating. Burial to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville. Friends may meet with the family on Sunday, Oct.2nd from 4:00pm-7:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue Griffith. Bernice was retired from the  Simmons Company in Munster. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Griffith. She was an avid Cubs fan and bingo player. In lieu of flowers memorial may be given to the family.
