Barbara Dean Karl age 81 of Highland passed away Monday, September 29, 2014.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years Richard

Children: Kathy Wright, Carrie Karl, and Ken Karl

Grandchildren: Jessica (Joe) Manning, Jacob (Lindsay) Wright, Zachary Karl, Samuel Karl, and Delaney Karl.

Brother: Charles Erminger

Numerous in- laws, nieces, nephews and close friends.

Preceded in death by her parents William and Alice Erminger and by her brother Bill.

Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 2 ^nd at 10:00am at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue Griffith.

With Pastor Eric Kleinschmidt and Vicar Lucas Miller officiating.

Cremation will follow services

Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday, October 1 ^st from 4:00pm-8:00pm at White Funeral Home.

Barbara was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Highland. She retired from Southridge School in Highland as a Clerk Librarian.

Volunteered for Meals on Wheels for 10 years. She enjoyed bowling, camping, painting and being a snow bird in Punta Gorda, Florida .
