BAILEY F. WOOD Age 84, born March 12, 1927, of Whiting, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, October 3, 2011.

He leaves behind his loving daughters Barbara (John) Hageman and Francine (Steve) Reynolds. Grandchildren Jennifer Hageman, Tammy Sutherland, Lori Branch, Rebecca McNish, Christina Bisbee, Theresa Byers, Brian Maloney, Kerry Maloney, and Jim Rot. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Ann F. Wood and his daughter Paula Jean Maloney.

Funeral services will be on Friday October 7, 2011 at 10:00am at White Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Vale officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday October 6 ^th from 3:00-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Ave. in Griffith.

Bailey was a graduate of Whiting High School. He was past Master of the Whiting Masonic Lodge# 613 (Scottish Right of South Bend), past Patron of the order of Eastern Star # 378, and past Royal Patron of Amaranth Lakeside Ct. #2.Bailey was also a long time member of the New Life Christian Church in Whiting.
