Avery Grace Loomis age 2 months of Griffith passed away on Thursday June 1, 2017.

She is survived by her parents: Jacob and Natalie; grandparents: John and Toni Loomis, Aubrey Lomax, and Brian Bohlke: great grandmothers: Roberta Loomis and Angela Sheehy; great great grandmother: Joy sheehy; aunts and uncles: Emma Loomis, Courtney Bohlke, Brandon (Kelsey) Kruhaj, Ian and Wyatt Bohlke; and by numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday June 9, 2017  at 4:00 pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue in Griffith with Pastor Greg Lee officiating.

Friends may meet with the family on Friday June 9, 2017 from 1-6:00 pm at  White Funeral Home.
