Annette L. Conklin age 44 of Hobart, IN passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2013

She is survived by her son: Joseph Nelson of FL;

father: Joseph Hulben of South Bend;

sisters: Kimberly Hodges of Niles, MI,

Kathryn (Delbert) Luipold of Merrillville,

Judie (Kenneth) Kraph of Tucson, AZ,

Deborah (Edward) Hendricks of South Bend;

brother Raymond Hulben of Mishawaka, IN and by her numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins

She is preceded in death by her mother, Shirlene; and son Julian Michael Thomas Nelson.

Funeral services will be private.

Cremation will follow.

Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday, February 12 ^th , from 3:00pm-7:00pm

at the White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue in Griffith

Annette was a member of the American Legion.
