Ann M. Sarbon age 79 of Highland, formerly of Griffith, passed away peacfully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday February 14, 2018. She is survived by her daughters Dawn Broelmann (fiancé Bill Hilbrich) of Griffith and Becky (Dave) Tedesco of Highland; grandchildren Dakota, Luke, Gabriella, and Samantha; siblings Eva Johnson of Arizona, Irene (Charles) Mikovetz of Crown Point, Howard Keen of Crown Point, Donna (Kenneth) Baker of Griffith, and Leo (late Cindy) Keen of Griffith and by her numerous nieces and nephews.   She was preceded in death by her parents Vern and Alma Keen; husband Virgil, and by her son Steven Sarbon.

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday February 20, 2018 at 10:00am at White Funeral Home with Pastor Ron York officiating. Friends may meet with the family on Monday February 19th from 3-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith. Inurnment will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.

Ann was a life long active member of the First Christian Church of Griffith, the Elder Berries, and their Bible Study group. Her favorite pastime was religiously  attending and loudly cheering on  her grandchildren at their  sporting events.
