Angeline Olivotto

Angeline Olivotto, age 99, of Griffith, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

She is survived by her children, Deena (Richard) Rush, Mario (Angela) Olivotto, and Joseph (Lisa) Olivotto; grandchildren, Richard (Kim) Rush, Patrick (Nicole) Rush, Mario (Danielle) Olivotto III, Gina (Justin) Koepl, Annie (Josh) Wolfong, and Joseph Olivotto; great-grandchildren, Nicolas, Gabriel, Reese, Arianna, Whitney, Marabel, and Luca; and her devoted caretakers, Catrina Morris and Sheila Madison.

Angeline was preceded in death by her parents, Ugo and Josephine; her husband, Mario; and her sister, Theresa.

Angeline worked in the business office at McAllister Nursing Home in Tinley Park, Illinois, until she was 80 years old. She enjoyed snow birding in Brooksville, Florida, and especially treasured spending time with her grandchildren, cooking for her family, and going to water aerobics three times a week until she was 93 years old.

Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, September 10th, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church in Dyer. Burial will be private at St. John-St. Joseph Cemetery.
