Agnes Taylor (nee Singel) age 86, formerly of Gary and Bradenton, FL, passed away on Wednesday October 12, 2011. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years Dale Taylor in 2004.

She is survived by her loving family; daughter Kathy (Richard) Goocher of Portage, IN, sons Terence (Mariedna) Taylor of Akron, OH, Jeffrey Taylor of Indianapolis, IN., and Scott Taylor of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren Robin (Scott) French of Westerville, OH., Kelly Matatof of Gainesville, FL., Greg Taylor of Raleigh, NC., Gary Goocher on Lafayette, IN., Austin Goocher of Portage, IN., Glenn Taylor of Portage, IN., and Erica Taylor of Akron, OH. Great Grandchildren Jamie Maria, Kersti, Steven, Shane, Colton, and Ethan, brother William Singel, sister Annabelle Novello. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Anna (nee Bobik) Singel.

Funeral services will be held on Monday October 17, 2011 at 10:00am at the White Funeral Home with Pastor Shawn Gerbers officiating. Cremation will follow the services.

Friends may meet with the family on Sunday October 16 ^th from 3-7:00pm at the White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Ave. in Griffith, IN.

Agnes was the bookkeeper for their company Taylor Heating and Air Conditioning in Gary, IN. In 1984, she retired with her husband to Florida. She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge # 2188 in Bradenton Beach, FL. She attended Kirkwood Presbyterian Church in Bradenton. Agnes was a longtime member of Ross Reformed Church in Gary. Agnes was a loving mom and grandmother. She had a strong faith in God and loved spending time with family and friends. She also loved to travel. We will miss her dearly.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Ross Reformed Church.
