Adele C. Kozak age 94 of Highland, passed away on Thursday May 21, 2015.

She is survived by her children Edward (Betty) Kozak and Barbara Deleget; grandsons Brian, Matthew, and Michael; 4 great grandchildren; sister Josephine Panek, numerous nieces, nephews, step children, and step grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Iniela Matala, husband Edward Kozak DDS, and by her siblings Marie, Adam, Helen, Andrew, and Anthony.

Services will be private.

Adele was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Highland and she enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking, dancing, and traveling.
