Survived by his mother; Rosemary Miller, sister Vickey L.Miller-Arrigo, nephews Raymond (Fiancee Trisha Keown) Arrigo Wesley Arrigo. niece; Amber Arrigo aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by his father William H. Miller and sister Violet Rose Miller.
