Elizabeth A. (Aubruner) Roper

Elizabeth A. Roper, Age 88 of Highland, IN passed away on Sunday July 1, 2018. She is survived by her children; Joel (Dee) Roper, John (Judy) Roper lll, and Pam (Patrick) O’Brien. Grandchildren; Kristanna (Kostas Nikitaras ), John IV, JulieAnne, Jenny(Mike Goelz), Elizabeth (Brandon Patterson), Mary, Rebecca, and Hannah. Great grandchildren: Naia, Teddy, Alivia, Dylan, Brayden, Gavin, and Henry. Also survived by her sister Judy (Aubruner)Smirga. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Helen Aubruner, husband John Roper Jr, and brother William. Funeral services are private with inurnment at Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond, IN. Elizabeth was a member of the PHI MU sorority and a graduate from the Indiana University School of Business. She served as a member of her local Panhellenic chapter and was a retired educator from the Hammond Public Schools. White Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
