Dennis W. Ragin age 61 of Griffith, passed away on Friday April 14, 2017. He is survived by his sons Joseph (Kari) Ragin and Steven (Dori) Ragin; grandchildren Stephanie (Keith), Brooke (James), Steven, and Sarah; great granddaughter Amelia; siblings Michael (Kathy) Ragin, and Evonne (Tom) Derucki; also by his extended family Rick and Maria Ousley.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Ivey and Gail Ragin.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 19th, 2017 at 11:00am at White Funeral Home with Pastor Shawn Cornett officiating. Cremation will follow the services.

Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday April 18th from 4-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith.

Dennis was a former employee at EJ&E Railroad, and a former member of the Griffith Democratic Precinct Organization. He was a member of the Griffith Isaac Walton and the Griffith VFW. Dennis loved, fishing, the Colts, the Chicago Cubs, and hanging out with his friends at the local watering holes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
