Susan E. Pizano (nee Wigsmoen) age 53 of Whiting, was called to glory on January 27, 2012 at the William J. Riley Memorial Residence. Susan is preceded in death by her grandmother Irene Krucek, father Richard Wigsmoen Sr., and by her sisters Nancy and Constance Wigsmoen. She leaves behind her 5 children Thomas (Matilda) Pizano Jr., Melanie (Scott) Willens, Robert Wigsmoen, Roseann (Brian) Casillas, Ana Wigsmoen. Susan also leaves behind her loving mother Josephine Wigsmoen, 5 brothers: Richard Jr., James, David (Susan), Tracy (Tammy), and Michael. 2 sisters: Roberta (Ken) and Tina (Bill), husband Thomas, 12 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday January 31, 2012 at 11:00am at the White Funeral Home with Pastor Gordon P. Broadbent III officiating.
Inurnment will be private at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday January 31st from 10:00am until the time of services at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith, IN..In lieu of flowers; memorials may be given the Hospice of Calumet Area 600 Superior Ave. Munster, IN. 46321 in Susan’s memory.
