Scott M. Fausch age 41 of Valparaiso, formerly of Hammond passed away on Tuesday May 16. 2017.

He is survived by his daughter: Autumn; parents: Dennis and Christina Fausch; brother: Jeff ( Melanie) Fausch; nieces: Emily and Erin of Portage; girl friend Terri Faught; Godparents: Betty Orban and Tom Miksich and numerous cousins and by his four legged friend Layla.

Scott is preceded in death by his grandparents Del Lindley, Peggy Couri, Bill Couri, Charles and Lucille Fausch, aunt Millie (Ernie) Neuman, and by his uncle Jim Fausch.

Funeral  services will be held on Monday May 22, 2017 at 7:00 pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue in Griffith with Pastor Shawn Cornett officiating.

Cremation will follow services.

Friend may meet with the family on Monday May 22, 2017 from 2-7:00 pm at White Funeral Home.

His hobby was riding his Harley and hanging out with his family and friends.
